1950s Singer Sewing Machine for sale in Madison, Wisconsin

$200

This is a VERY NICE sewing equipment produced in 1958. It was made in Canada.

I AM NOT A SEWING MACHINE SPECIALIST, AND IN FACT HAVE NEVER USED ONE OF THESE.

It seems in great working order. After many years stored, I'm sure it probably could use a little TLC, like a checkup with possibly some lubricating substance etc. It does not come with the stitching table.

The light accessory works. It does require a brand-new needle plate (I think that's exactly what that part is called).

Like I said, it works. How perfectly it works I can not truthfully state. I was going to try stitching with it, however didn't understand the best ways to thread it, and don't understand anybody who is familiar with these.
Check the photos and judge on your own.

I have actually consisted of a snapshot of Singer website revealing manufacture year (1958) for the identification number: EM500407.

There is no brochure or additional parts, but those can be gotten in other places.

Size is 15" long, 8" wide, and 12" high. It weighs about 40lbs.

This machine functions:.

Durable All Metal construction.
Practically unrestricted stitch length regulation.
Completely Straight Stitches.
Small Compact Size.
Reverse stitching.
Light with Switch.
Drop-in Bobbin.
Takes common low shank feet.
Utilizes usual 15x1 needles.
Very Smooth running device.
Extremely simple to make use of and maintain.

I am asking 200 bucks, money just. Thanks for looking.
