This is a nice fabric sofa we purchased new from Slumberland in Summer 2010.
There is a small wear mark on one of the rear corner of the sofa but otherwise is in great condition.
The sofa is still like new, very solid and very comfortable. And it is placed in a smoke free/no pet environment.
